What exactly is in the box?
The reference photo lists 6 empty shells (3 paw + 3 round), 7 decoration packs, 1 tray, 1 mixing spoon, 1 filling aid, 3 cable ties and a retail box. Filling-mixture quantity and ingredients are not specified in that image. Contact FAMDOR to confirm the final contents before ordering.
How many squishies can we make?
The supplier packaging shows 6 shells per kit: 12 shells across 2 kits or 18 across 3 kits. The number of finished squishies also depends on the filling materials supplied and following the instructions. We do not quote a guaranteed cost per finished creation until the final kit has been checked.
Who seals the squishy?
A grown-up should do the final sealing and check each closure before play. Children can choose decorations and help with filling under adult supervision. Follow the package instructions.
Is it messy?
This is a hands-on filling activity. Protect the table, keep the tray underneath the shell and have an adult help with pouring. We do not promise zero mess or a timed cleanup.
What if a squishy leaks, breaks or a piece is missing?
Stop using a leaking or damaged squishy and keep loose pieces away from children. Contact FAMDOR with your order number, a photo and a description so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution. Do not send a parcel back before receiving instructions.
What age is it for?
The supplier packaging indicates ages 6+. This is packaging guidance, not a claim of independent certification. The kit contains small decorative parts. Adult supervision is required during preparation, filling, sealing and play. Do not put squishies or materials in the mouth. Follow all package warnings.
When will my order arrive?
The configured U.S. shipping options estimate Standard transit at 3–5 business days and Express transit at 1–2 business days after dispatch. These are transit estimates, not a confirmed order-to-door promise. Processing time is additional. Contact us before ordering for a birthday or another fixed date.
How do shipping and returns work?
Standard U.S. shipping is $7, or free on eligible orders of $70 or more. Express is $11. Final shipping options and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Request a return within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, complete and in their original packaging; return shipping is at your expense. Contact FAMDOR for instructions and the correct return address. See our Refund policy for damaged or incorrect items.
