Shipping policy

United States shipping rates

All prices are in US dollars. Standard shipping is $7, or free on eligible orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $11 where available. Your delivery address, applicable taxes, discounts and final shipping charge are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Please contact us before ordering if you need delivery by a specific date. We do not promise a dispatch date that has not been confirmed for your order.

The current checkout transit estimates are 3–5 business days for Standard and 1–2 business days for Express after dispatch. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates, and do not include processing time. Carrier delays, holidays and customs processing may affect delivery.

Tracking and delivery issues

Shipping updates and available tracking information are sent using the contact details supplied with your order. Check your shipping address carefully before payment. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

If tracking is delayed, a parcel appears lost or an order is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Please retain any damaged packaging and photograph damaged items.
