Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Request a return

Contact FAMDOR through our contact page with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Do not send items to the address on the parcel without contacting us first.

Change-of-mind returns

Items must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue and packaging. Stop using any damaged or leaking squishy. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. You will not be responsible for return shipping when the problem is our error or a defective item.

Refunds

We will notify you after inspecting your return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation before your order is processed. Once processing or dispatch has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return procedure applies.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
