This website is operated under the FAMDOR brand. These terms apply to your use of famdor.com and purchases from our store. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Using our store

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Purchases must be made by an adult. Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information. You may not use our website for fraud, unlawful activity or interference with the store or other users.

Products and availability

Read the product description, package warnings and instructions before purchase and use. Product photographs help illustrate the product; screen colors may differ from physical colors. Any uncertainty about contents should be raised with us before ordering. Children require adult supervision and an adult must perform the sealing step. Do not use a damaged or leaking squishy.

Products and bundles are subject to availability. The selected bundle and quantity shown in your cart determine what you order. We do not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The checkout shows applicable shipping, taxes and the final total before payment. Discounts apply only as stated and cannot be assumed to combine. Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. We do not require creation of a customer account to place an order.

Orders and corrections

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item is unavailable or an order contains a significant pricing or description error, we will contact you and offer an appropriate correction or cancellation and refund. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains shipping rates and estimates. Our Refund policy explains the 14-day return request window, eligibility and how to report damaged or incorrect items. These policies form part of these terms. Estimated transit times are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Privacy

Our Privacy policy describes how information is collected, used and shared, and how to exercise available privacy choices.

Website content and external links

FAMDOR website content and branding may not be copied or used commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product is defective or does not match the agreed description, contact us so we can resolve the issue. We do not require you to waive statutory rights to obtain support.

Changes

We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply to future use and orders and do not retroactively remove rights relating to an existing order.
